GIVS follows a transparent admission process. The students will be chosen based on the criterias set by the admission committee.
We welcome your enquiries regarding enrolment and encourage families to visit the school by appointment to explore the opportunities rendered by the school. Once the enrolment is done, the school will provide adequate knowledge and orientation to make students comfortable within the campus.

Admission to the school is restricted by certain policies of the management and by the conditions of age, ability and conduct. Hence applicants for admission will be tested and admitted in the grade they are found fit.
Admission to any class in Junior Wing will be on the basis of interaction.
At the time of admission the students should be personally introduced to the School, by his or her parents or guardian, who will be responsible to the school authorities for his or her studies, conduct, regularity and discipline.
Name and date of birth mentioned in the birth certificate will be followed for the registration.

Admission Test
Admission is opened for next session (2019-20). We are open from Monday to Saturday Between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
For classes L.K.G TO U.K.G a written test for English, Maths & Hindi is conducted (Based on CBSE & RBSE syllabus of the previous year).
For classes 1st to 5th a written test for English, Maths, Hindi is conducted (Based on CBSE & RBSE syllabus of the previous year).
For classes 6th to 10th a written test for English, Maths & Science is conducted (Based on CBSE & RBSE syllabus of the previous year).
For classes 11th Commerce/ Medical/ Non Medical a written test for English, Maths, G.k. & Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) is conducted (Based on CBSE & RBSE syllabus of the previous year).
For classes 12th Commerce a written test for English, Economics, Accounts, G.k. & Business Studies is conducted (Based on CBSE & RBSE syllabus of the previous year).
For classes 12th Medical a written test for English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & G.k. is conducted (Based on CBSE & RBSE syllabus of the previous year).
For classes 12th Non Medical a written test for English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths & G.k. is conducted (Based on CBSE & RBSE syllabus of the previous year).

Other Terms & Conditions
No refund of fees or withdrawal during term.
Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom to see their wards or teachers during class hours. They can only meet the teachers on PTA days or during school recess.
Sick children should not be sent to school.
Parents should sign & return the progress report to the school within three days.
