General Guidelines:

Admission Fees: Non refundable

25% sibling discount on tuition fee of the Younger Child.

In case of 3 siblings no tuition fee. will be charged for the youngest child, however full tuition fee for the eldest and middle child will be payable.

Documents Required: Previous school document should be submitted within 15 days after admission – Birth certificate & report card, T.C. & Adhar card along with two recent photographs for any chronicle disease certificate is mendatory.

FEE PAYMENT 

Fee payment can be 2 (Half-yearly) installments or 4 (Quarterly) installments.

The last date to deposit the fee. is the 14^th of Every Month.

A request for monthly installments needs to be made by Prior approval.

School fee. is to be paid by Cheque/ Demand Draft in favour of GLOBAL INDUS VALLEY SCHOOL.

Please mention Student’s Name, Father’s Name, Class and Contact No. at the back of cheque/ DD.

If the fee for the whole year is deposited till 30^th June, a concession of one month Tuition Fee. will be given.

Parents are needed to give post-dated cheques or enable ECS payment to the school’s bank account.

Student joining in midterm, have to pay fee on a monthly pro-rata basis i.e. fee for the balance months remaining in the term.

Late Fees: In case of late payment of fees, after the given deadline, the  5/- (Five Rs.) per day late fee  will be applicable:

In case the fee is not paid along with the applicable late fees, even after sufficient reminders the school has the discretion to stop transportation facility. If still not paid after 15th days, educational services will be discontinued till the fees has been paid.  

Fail are in Payments: In the cheque bounces, the school will charge Rs. 250/- as administrative charges for every payment instrument.
